Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and rackets have not been restrung or used on court.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
