Do you offer professional stringing services?
Yes, all racquets purchased can be custom-strung by our certified professionals. You can select your preferred string type and tension on the product page.
What is your return policy for equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in original, unused condition with plastic wrap on the handle. Please note that custom-strung racquets are subject to a restringing fee.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All racquets and equipment are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty against defects. This typically covers one year from the date of purchase.
How do I know which grip size to choose?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on each product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller size as you can always add an overgrip.
